The three founders of MACI Industrial Solutions came together to provide complete equipment rebuilding, fabrication, and engineering services for steel production and other heavy industry applications. MACI’s founders bring over five decades worth of combined experience in these markets to MACI’s everyday operations, giving MACI a unique competitive advantage.

One founder, MACI’s head engineer, worked in many areas of steel production, including melt shops, casters, and finish mills, with direct experience in maintenance. There, he gained practical, hands-on knowledge and an understanding of the mechanical aspects of complex equipment and machinery.

Another founder worked in sales for heavy manufacturing and industry, building an understanding and an appreciation for how customers want things to work, what they’re looking for, and how to get the job done correctly.

Our third founder previously operated his own design and build company serving the industrial market, with a long track record of successful projects. This expertise includes a familiarity with specialized equipment that forms the backbone of our rebuilding and retrofitting capabilities.
